  • Understanding - We meet to gain an understanding of your organisation and its strategic pressure points and goals.

  • Scope - Based on our understanding of the issues, we create a scoping document that determines the areas of work and what needs to be achieved.

  • Proposal - On agreeing the scope, we propose and agree on the assignment steps and the indicative timeline and terms and conditions.

  • Review - Progress reviews are held at key milestones in the assignment, with the objective of ensuring that we and the executive/board are in alignment with the conclusions at that point.

  • Outcomes - At the end of each stage of the assignment, outcomes and proposed and agreed solutions are documented, and the assignment progresses to the next stage.
